support our mission to transform the lives of children living with facial deformities.

Dr. Romo has been nominated for the station’s annual “Tomorrow’s Newsmakers” Award
because he has had a positive impact in his community and made a significant difference
in the lives of so many children in New York City and throughout the world.
Dr. Romo is among the 25 finalists who will be highlighted on-air and online through-out September.
A winner in each of 5 categories will ultimately be selected by a VIP panel of judges
and a special People’s Choice.

PAST EVENTS
Our “Believe in Miracle V” Gala Benefit was a huge success! We
raised more than $200,000 enabling LBFF to continue to provide high
quality pro-bono treatment to children worldwide born with facial
deformities. The 400 guests enjoyed great food and music, and
enthusiastically bid on exciting trips and many alluring items in our
Live and Silent Auctions.
